Rude. All I was trying to do was find out about my state testing for dental assistant and see if they have received my application. See how long it would take for them to send me my state testing and they were rude and rushed me off the phone and act like they put my name in the system to see if they got it and they did not do anything. I mean, if you hate your job, that’s not my fault. They need to work on better customer service or something
I am a RDH that just moved into the state. I was so impressed with the speed and kindness in which my emails were addressed while applying for licensure.
Women was so rude on the phone
I have called several time and the lady that answer is so freaking rude. She always has an attitude and getting smart when you’re trying to ask a simple question. If you don’t like your job then leave and find something else!!! She very unprofessional and ignorant
