Beware of Brad Filmanowicz, he puts no pride into his work. He never resolved any of his mistakes he made with our records, even after he was fully paid!
If I could give this company minus stars I would. Stay away, as all Brad Filmanowicz wants to do is take your money. Accountants are suppose to help you, not hurt you! In our case Brad did not help us...... our taxes were done incorrectly and had already put in for three extensions due to this firms inability to get it right the first time!! When we asked for an explanation of his services and the crazy expensive fees to date, Brad got loud and rude as he scolded us on not understanding what he did. He then demanded full pay... read more
My company’s experience with Brad Filmanowicz was a disappointing endeavor in which created more work for me and my team. Please read this review in its entirety so you (and your company) can avoid this disastrous person. Unfortunately, we did not do any research in regards to his business ethics prior to hiring him. Brad Filmanowicz and his team at 1st Chicago accounting has been working for our companies for over 10 years. The charges are small relative to the assistance he has delivered. They are like partners in our business. They also do our personal taxes, usually requiring extensions and often at the last minute.
