Originally lost my parents will and had no idea thry had lost it during a move to their new building. Then, they tried to blame my parents for losing the papers they were supposed to be keeping. Fast forward to probate. Lawyer Kaye Dent is extremely rude and belittles the heirs that aren't the executor. Blew thru $5000 retainer after doing next to nothing for months. Claims thry dont receive paperwork that was sent weeks ago. Every email she sends is full of demeaning comments. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!
I acted as the executor of my mother’s estate when she passed away last year. I learned through that process that there were numerous things my wife and I could do to make things much easier for our children when it comes to handling our estate someday. Kaye walked us through every step and completed our estate plan in a timely manner. We’re very happy with the service Dent Coulson Elder Law provided and highly recommend them.
I wish I could give her 0 stars! My mom and i were in her office for about 30 minutes and she was paid $500. All she wanted to do was talk about a 30 page POA for property. That's not what we were there for. She did absolutely nothing for us. She refused to return any of the money that we paid, even though we only used 30 minutes of her time. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!!!
Excellent service! Kaye and her staff assisted three generations in our family; my mother, myself & husband and my son as he joined the US Navy. Each step was explained in detail so we could be confident in our decisions. The entire process was well organized and personalized to meet our individual needs. We now have peace of mind knowing our wills, power of attorney and advanced directives are all in good order. We will definitely refer our other family members and friends to Dent Law Office.
Dent Coulson Elder Law is top notch. Responded quickly and helped my parents with an emergency dealing with will, power of attorney, and some financial planning for nursing home.
