I’ve had several different types of therapy in the past, including emdr, but nothing has helped me more than the hypnotherapy with Kim. She has such a calm and safe energy to her that makes you feel instantly comfortable. Kim was so kind and caring during the whole process. She is easy to talk to and connect with, and very patient as you figure out what exactly you are looking to get out of this. I would highly recommend!
Talk therapy was a wonderful starting point but absolutely Kim was what I needed to break out of my neurological ruts. This isn’t what I thought it would be. I remember everything, I’m just in a suggestive state like when you’re about to fall asleep and she gives me emotional tools to use. What’s amazing is I don’t feel like I need to use them because things just go better after a session. It’s been phenomenal.
