Worst customer service ever, I walked in, and they were surprised how it was open, and I asked for 2 mins to grab something and she said no, while taking two customers at the counter. Unprofessional. Not my fault they left their doors open after closing. Not sure if it was a race thing or not. But I could’ve grabbed something real quick. Knew what I wanted…
Buyers beware! I went to return items from Christmas and I was told they don’t do that, you only have two weeks from the time of purchase and that’s it. I was not told this when I made the purchase. I understand if something is on sale you get a credit but not full price during the holidays no extended returns is not right! If I knew they did this for Christmas I would’ve never shopped there. Went in once and will never go again. I went to buy some clothing for my girlfriend she gave me a list what to look for with sizes. The place was very disorganized and a madhouse. Trying to find help where items were was extremely difficult. I asked a woman at the register and she didn’t tell me correct location because the clothing I was looking for wasn’t where she said it was, but she admitted being new so I let that slide.
