Disappointed. Spent $1000+ last summer on bikes and a trailer. Came back to have brakes fixed and they treated my like I was an idiot. I'm not a hardcore biker. I waited around to ask questions about a Weebo and some of their regulars came in and they helped them first. So don't expect to be rewarded for loyalty. You have to be a hardcore cyclist to be treated as an appreciated customer. I'll buy the Weebo elsewhere.
