Stay Far away and find a different SSA lawyer is my advice. This guy handled my brother's case; LOST. My brother could not keep a job because of mental issues; made him withdraw his DAC claim before he lost his SSI case. Then did not appeal loss; then his client ; my brother continues having issues; and unable to work his whole life and depressed and then gets run over by two cars leaving him a quadriplegic. I have time blindness so it's hard for me to realize that balls have been dropped. Jennifer went with me to a court hearing, made me do ALL the talking(I have mental issues that make that hard) and never updated me or contacted me. I had to contact her and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about! Then I realized a WHOLE YEAR had passed with no contact and discovered the case was closed.
