Stay Far away and find a different SSA lawyer is my advice. This guy handled my brother's case; LOST. My brother could not keep a job because of mental issues; made him withdraw his DAC claim before he lost his SSI case. Then did not appeal loss; then his client ; my brother continues having issues; and unable to work his whole life and depressed and then gets run over by two cars leaving him a quadriplegic.
