I was refused service because of my walking stick because two year and half ago I broke my leg and also never got a call back from supervisor....being a transit operator from the city of Regina local 588 in the past I would never refuse service for having a walking stick ....a shitty transit service for a city with discussing city operation....not a very professional driver on line two 2. I am cycling across Canada for mental health

One star for removing on demand. The only thing I like about the change .The 4 new routes are not inclusive to seniors or disabled. Many routes eliminated some of the residential stops+ much longer bus rides and longer walks to bus stops. They should have kept the 7+ bus routes.
Good 😊
