I called this office about letter we got from LAHD that our owner of the building submitted. Its about a seismic retrofit work cost of $55K .Landlord wants us all tenants to pay 50% of that cost. Its a monthly rent increase for 10 yrs. Anyways, called them to find out if is anything we can do about this.?? DO NOT HIRE THEM! I would leave negative stars if it would let me! They are horrible, never picked up the phone and so hard to get a hold of someone with our case. A different lawyer showed up every court date with every court date being rescheduled and them not doing anything only charging every court appearance.
