I highly recommend Dennis Block and Associates. All staff were extremely nice and answered my questions promptly. The entire eviction process was easy thanks to this firm.
Worst attorney ever! Charged me $2,700 and on top of that $250 because of an error on their end! It's been 5 months and they still can't evict the tenant due to nonpay. I will be disputing my charges and will be changing this attorney.
Lanlords be aware. Do not work with this firm. They modify their contracts to cheat lanlords out of thousands of dollars. I paid this firm over $2700 for eviction only to be charged $4000 more before going to court for preparing for jury trial thst never happened. We setteled with the tenants and never went to trial. Complete rip off. They play both sides to their advantage. They tried to charge me an additional $1700 to quit my case , but I found out through arbitration that they are not allowed to charge to recuse themselv... read more
We own properties in Los Aneles. The worst service we ever encountered. Please don't go here. Total waste of money and time. They never answer the phone. And they send fresh out of college rookie attorneys win court. Heck no!
