I’ve worked with Dennis Block & Associates, and my experience has been a mix of positives and frustrations. On the positive side, they clearly know landlord-tenant law inside and out. The attorneys are aggressive in court, and when things move forward, they usually get results. They charged a big chunk of money. They only put notices on the door. I got my tenant out in less than a week. Not them. They then just left me on my own and said do it myself and go to small claims court. They charge and extra 500 just to answer your call and not be on hold for 3 hours. They even told me they just ignore phone calls after 2 pm and laughed. It’s a year later and zero results on the over paying someone to put a notice on a door.
