BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! If I could, I would rate this firm a negative review! Dennis P Block & Associates billed for services that were never rendered! They billed for court dates when they never appeared, and like many other negative reviews, they milk their clients financially (knowing the tenant hasn't paid rent in over 6 months)! They're abusing their authority and taking advantage any way they can! It took them 6 months to evict the tenant and claimed they needed more money to represent us in court.
