We contacted Mr Boyles office regarding submitting paper work when my father passed away. He advised 10-12 weeks to complete the process. After waiting nearly 5 months the office failed to submit anything. A new lawyer advised it would only take 1-3 to complete the process. My family has lost thousands dealing with this office. They also took two different vacations during this time and didn't think to complete this work before leaving the office for weeks at a time.
