My fiance and I visited the store. 4/12 we love the customer service since we walked in. Jose and the rest of the staff were super helpful, and professional.
My husband and I came in with our daughter looking at some new boots and had help from one younger lady which she was very helpful and nice but there was a older lady with a bob cut hair style watching us and following us around the store. My husband over heard her talking to another worker about us saying they need to watch us like if we were going to steal. This experience made us not want to go back and find a new boot store even though we’ve shopped here for years.
Love this place. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and very knowledgeable! I needed assistance with a shirt and he went above and beyond! I did not catch his name but you sir gave exceptional service!
