I was looking forward to visiting Denizen while out with my daughter. Unfortunately my daughter and I did not receive any greeting when we entered or exited the store. Another couple walked in to look and received all kinds of warm greetings, layout of the store and sale items. Apparently my daughter and I did not fit the right profile of Denizen customers which I found very disappointing. I won’t be visiting this store in the future.
Was very disappointed with my experience there today. Me and my mother were the only people in the store at the time, we were not greeted, nor explained the layout of the store. As soon as another couple walks in the worker in the red shirt and striped pants greeted them explained the layout of store and items on sale. We did not feel welcomed due to the lack of customer service. This experience made us not want to purchase from this location or return.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Olivia and her team at Denizen. The florals for our wedding were absolutely breathtaking — beyond anything we had hoped for.
