Bad customer service
They didn’t know how to do Uber/lyft income. Had to explain to them what a 1099-NEC is, annual report, and 1099k. Then tried to charge me $35, and got all mad because I said I would rather go with someone that knows how to do it. Sorry to walk off but I charged $45 to explain to you the forms, and the 15min I wasted sitting there.
Manny was very patient and explained everything very well, 1st time however, I do think I’ll be back next too. I’d recommend it.
