I would give zero stars if I could. Denise closed for us 3 years ago. She made a huge error that cost us thousands of dollars and then failed to admit she made a mistake. My wife and I only later realized how bad the contract was that she put forth and when we called her to ask if she could help fix the problem she caused, she denied it. We hire lawyers to do their jobs and the client shouldn't be responsible for their mistakes. I do not recommended her because she acts smarter than she is.
