If I could give zero stars I would. Denise is the most hands off, absent and non caring guardian I have ever witnessed. Over the last several years, I have seen the way she treats those she is supposedly advocating for - I even recommended her ONCE, but learned very quickly that I needed to lead individuals and families in the opposite direction as her, which I now happily and confidently do. Mom was placed on Hospice, none of us were notified. We found out on a visit at her place of care. Mom passed away and Ketchmark has not attempted to contact us 5 children. I've left a couple of messages, during business hours with Ketchmark, no response from her.
I love how she managed my trust fund and used it only for necessities that I needed I got several things done with it including a new furnace new windows and other things that were very important to me
