Lawyer Denise Hernandez had been my lawyer for an immigration case. At first, I thought she was a good lawyer, she listened to me and she made me trust her. Now it is a completely different story, she does not care, she gives attitude at the phone and conversations. Things as simple as sending letters to you is so unprofessional, it takes a month and more sometimes, no certified and no tracking numbers.
