Dr. Arceneaux and staff were exactly what I was looking for to have my hearing tested. Professional, friendly, and best of all no pushiness or hard sell to purchase hearing aids. Tests showed some loss typical for my age but Dr. Arceneaux did not think it was enough to indicate a need for hearing aids. If you want a professional test and assessment of your hearing you may want to try them. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.
Denise is amazing! She not only has helped me be able to hear conversations again, but keeps me "tuned" up every few months so I can keep on hearing. She is extremely proficient and has changed my life from trying to guess what people are saying to be able to answer them without saying, "what?, pardon or huh?" She takes the time necessary to determine the problem and then comes up with a solution just right for your special hearing circumstances. She is a delight and has made a huge difference in my life.
It is a pleasure working with Denise. I have tried to educate myself as much as possible through online reviews and forums. In reading others experiences, I can say that I have received as much help and service as one could possibly expect. She has been very patient and thorough. I can't say enough about the care and expertise Denise gives me. I have a difficult problem to address which goes against just about everything in her knowledge base and she has a PhD! Many of the settings and criteria she would use with other patients are sometimes exactly opposite for my case. She is very patient with me as I continue on my hearing journey.
