I bought these jeans on sale through amazon and they arrived promptly. However, since they didn't fit me and I didn't like the color once I saw them in person I decided to return them. That's when I learned about the seller's 25% restocking fee. Not only did I have to pay to ship the jeans back, but also I wasn't getting all my money back. BUYER BEWARE of their return policy!!! In very small letters, you CANNOT return, even the day after- unused merchandise for a refund. ONLY for store credit. Not very customer friendly. I will not shop here again, and believe this should be something the cashiers let anyone who is making a purchase know before they buy.
Denimrak is unlike other boutiques! As soon as we walked through the door we were happily greeted by two young women. Most boutiques don't offer a smile until you have something expensive in your hands. Denimrack's service got us off to a happy shopping begining. Then there's the products...AWESOME, DIFFERENT, FUN!
