Installers are good but suffer from an arrogant and insulting General Manager. If you want a lesson in the worst possible customer service, talk to Ed Chan. Two stars only because the actual workers tried their best to make up for an extremely bad GM. Avoid if you care about quality service and care for your assets.
You owe it to yourself to at least check them out, they are the best!
Terrible attitude, fine art doesn’t necessarily equate to fine customer service, or even being polite.
I just had a few very large prints framed. Kerry and Ed were fantastic to deal with. The prints turned out perfectly and it was a very quick turnaround. The guys came to install today and they were super efficient.
