I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I just went through an entire ordeal with Nuvision back in October - December 2021 to straighten out the mistakes in my loan. Everything was going well, the payments were coming out of my account on time with auto pay. I was never alerted there was an issue with my account, and I just now get a call today. They did not bother to leave a voicemail, but I called back and was told that I am late on my loan and have been incurring late charges every month. Permanently closed and the atm is out of order.
Be careful with these clowns. They fraudulently placed a $9,000 insurance policy on my vehicle that was already insured. Took weeks to correct it. Now, they have done it again, and I am fighting with them again and losing many hours. Also, random charges (up to $200) appeared on my account without any notice...check your online account as the do not send notices of these fraudulent charges. This is a malicious and corrupt operation...stay away!!!
