Eric Greco is an unprofessional scam artist. Do not do business with Denali Commercial Mortgage. If you are given a term sheet by them, verify with other professionals. He was rude and said unprofessional and inappropriate things to myself and colleagues. They took $2,500 from me with out evidence to support their claim. Be aware.
