Great customer service by charee, always helpful and understanding!
Would give less stars if I could. I would expected quality with what we paid (approx. $8k). Centre recliner buttons stopped working after a year, internal cushioning has moved and leather has stretched so button will not let us move back down from a recline position. Reached out to customer service 3 times got a response after the 2nd email, replied with the info they needed also we could get repairs organised and now haven’t heard anything for 3 months. Promised a trigger part for recliner. Paid online. No results after 3weeks of waiting. Will take it to next lever to accc. Very unhappy customer.
Do not recommend buying from them! Frequently moving internal components are made out of plastic & metal. You can imagine yourself that metal obviously wears out plastic components very quickly. They are incredibly cheaply made, cutting corners. I suggest rather buying handmade. Always inspect thoroughly before purchasing to avoid low quality products as I found out that they’re using cheap Chinese made parts.
