Where to start!!! Brought one of their products through a local Las Vegas dealer, had nothing but issues with it and getting nowhere with the dealer (hopeless) Been trying to contact Denago via phone and website contact form with absolutely no joy for 3 weeks. Finally spoke to a chap called Michael who seemed like he just wanted to get rid of me and regretted answering the phone. Said he would speak with the dealer and get back to me within 24 hours. I ordered a charger for my bike over a month ago and it hasn’t even shipped and the customer complaint hasn’t even been acknowledged. Buy a different bike! E-bikes are heavy, expensive, and you can’t even get a replacement charger!
Would somebody answer your damn phone already
