I placed an order online for over $50 worth of tea on August 9th and as of October 15 I still haven’t received it. I emailed the customer service email, no response. In early September, I called and spoke to someone who assured me they’d send it out immediately. About 3 weeks later I got a shipping notification email. When you reached out we explained to you there was aback order on your teach and would ship as soon as possible and if you needed to cancel understood all our teas are made to order with the freshest in standards and also included free tea with your order you said this was fine and the order has shipped I'm sorry for many situations this has happened my sincere apologies'.
