I contacted them almost a month ago to try and get a will. I called on a Friday they said someone will call me next week. That was almost a month ago and no call. Imagine paying them for a service or needing them to ask a question and that’s the kind of service they provide.
I'm editing this review from 1 star to 5 stars. I had an initial experience that wasn't good, and it's possible it was a misunderstanding, but after working with them again, they've been absolutely fantastic! Super happy and now 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Do not use this law firm!!!!!! I used it through legal shield because I thought I was getting a deal due to having to go for a relocation case. They forgot hearings, missed deadlines and paperwork, and overcharge you just to get whatever money they can out of you. I’m already filing a complaint with the bar . Itorie hall is not a good lawyer . She should be taken off the bar. This company says it’s a full service law firm but they should not be because they do not follow proper protocol. I just got off the phone with Itorie Hall of Dempsey, Roberts & Smith, Ltd on 7.8.25 at 2:10pm. She was incredibly belligerent and kept cutting me off. It was clear being from a law enforcement family that if I didn't agree with the direction they wanted to take my incredibly SIMPLE custody case in, then they did not want any part of it. Prior to her belligerence she wasn't even asking the right questions in order to triage our custody situation.
