The staff are polite and helpful, they're very supportive
I just got off the phone with Itorie Hall of Dempsey, Roberts & Smith, Ltd on 7.8.25 at 2:10pm. She was incredibly belligerent and kept cutting me off. It was clear being from a law enforcement family that if I didn't agree with the direction they wanted to take my incredibly SIMPLE custody case in, then they did not want any part of it. Prior to her belligerence she wasn't even asking the right questions in order to triage our custody situation.
