I often find that the app doesn’t work. Such as the app does not show my checking account at all. Like my savings account will show in the app but the checking doesn’t show up at all.

Can never get online into the bank account every time I turn around it requires you to put in a new account name
Have had the account for one year now since moving to the area. Always an issue with something and must go in to a branch to fix it. Can’t give me info over the phone. I should have never left chase bank had them for over 10 years and never had to go in to a branch to get anything fixed, but figured with DSB being local it was better.
