This bank is so slow I always try to avoid this bank but I live across 49 so it is convenient for me ....I'm just depositing a check in drive through and sit her for 10-15 min no cash back nothing....ridiculous, I understand if they are busy but no one in parking lot no one in other drive throughs!!!! One time depositing a check and asked for cash back the lady forgot to give me the cash back!

Just ridiculous of a wait time. Always training new people. 🤷🏻♀️
Not an environment I would enjoy dealing with. I will make the extra drive in the future and go to 1st Source in Kouts. 6 employees standing around ! No business in the lobby , shouldn’t hassle potential new business. Good Luck!
