Service was great. I forget the main technicians name (I think it was Mike), was very friendly and cordial. He showed up on time with his assistant, they got straight to examining my ducts, told me what was wrong and why I was having such foul smells, and upon my request, jumped right into cleaning the ducts and solving the mysterious odor problem. All around, he was wonderful. If you're in need of air duct cleaning, I think this is a good pick. Just make sure you ask for the deodorization service as well.

These people are very straightforward and tell it like it is. I was not led astray regarding the price. They were upfront about the pricing and needing to observe the home before giving a final price. I respected that and also appreciated the end outcome. -Olov

My wife Ashley was able to get these men to come out on a Sunday while I was offshore. Their duct work was fantastic and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with their performance. They really cleaned everything fully and even provided pictures as proof.

I did a bit of calling around before settling on this company. Compared to other air duct cleaners, All States was more receptive and eager to please. It was a great pleasure working with them.
