I filed with Peter on February, 4th, 2016 and till today i have not got my refund. He sent wrong info to the tax dept. which ended up they charged me fees and declined my tax return. He told me he filed it electronically but he sent it via mail. I spoke with him on the phone today, and he doesn't even remember my case and his excuse was, that he has 200 other clients he has to take care of. I'm client too am i??
