Had pre-surgery injections for my knee to help control pain, and they helped me do more strengthening exercises pre-surgery. Think they will be beneficial post surgery as well, and help me recover faster. Kudos to Mary Ellen!
Terrible. More pain post injections than prior to coming in as requested by my knee surgeon. Also, infection at 3 of the injection sites.IOVERA injections.
