Janet is wonderful! Trained in the most recent and effective ways of partnering with people with dementia, such as Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care, Janet works one-on-one with your family's needs. She also offers workshops, group training, and is a leader in the community advocating for those with dementia. Also a great speech therapist! She helped me learn how to understand my grandmother better and how to better care for her and walk with her on this journey.

As a licensed social worker, I highly recommend Janet's professional training and consulting. She was able to teach me new skills and techniques that I was able to use effectively. I recently attended one of Janet’s Lunch and Learn classes, and the information I came away with was amazing. I knew very little about Dementia prior to attending the class, but came away with a much broader and better understanding of this disease. Janet presented the information in a clear and easily understandable format. Along with the verbal teaching, she uses a “Hands On” approach to show how to approach, converse with, and assist the partner with everyday chores.
