Poor communications. Worst of all the carer actually taken money from my family member and the company didn't want to now about it. I don't know about you guys have u spoken to Michaela Brown (operations) all she does is laugh when you call her. Please contact me to support my mother case to AGE CARE. This organization needs to be audited and put on ALERT!
