Poor communications. Worst of all the carer actually taken money from my family member and the company didn't want to now about it. I don't know about you guys have u spoken to Michaela Brown (operations) all she does is laugh when you call her. Please contact me to support my mother case to AGE CARE. This organization needs to be audited and put on ALERT!

Dementia Caring is a very good service provider and i would recommend it. I am very happy with their service.
Unfortunately, my experience has not been as good :( Signed up with HomeCaring/Dementia Caring last year with with the Smithfield branch on behalf of a relative. Whilst their fees were not the cheapest, they were a small home care provider that promised a lot and flexible to deal with.Initially, they were reasonable. Home Caring has grown and they now have a larger management team.
