Haven't received my actual bat yet(shipping dates provided when ordered differed by more than a week), but returning it as soon as it comes. This company has no customer service whatsoever and only uses clearly copy and pasted responses to inquiries. I said that due to their lack of concern for false shipping dates I was thinking about juat returning once I receive the bat. They pretty much said go ahead we don't care as this is what they sent to me "If you decide to proceed with a return, we will be more than happy to assis... read more
They've been extremely unhelpful and didn't seem to give a crap about me as a customer. I bought a bat that was defective, sent it in to get replaced, but they didn't have the bat, so instead of sending me a similar bat, they provided me a promo code for the value of the bat before tax. This code is only good for their website and they refused to refund me. All their bats, except like 2, are $200-300. The only bat on the website that was similar cost $30 more. So I spent $92 for the original bat + $10 to ship the bat back + ... read more
My son has been playing baseball for 10 years, and never had a backpack fall apart like this one. It failed every category. The bag started falling apart, but I didn’t get around to requesting a replacement before warranty ran out. Now being offered 20% off another backpack, but I decided to purchase another brand(Nike andLouisville) because I don’t trust this brand. brand. It’s Made for 4 bats but could only carry two. Holds everything except cleats. Seams are pulling apart easily. Not good value for cost. Comfort ok.

Long story, but worth the read if you plan on purchasing a Demarini bat. I purchased a Demarini CF bat in 2022 for my son when he began playing travel baseball. It was a good bat, but the sticker on the knob did fall off. I sent an email to Demarini to see if I could purchase the sticker separately and if not, could I get a measurement so I could have one made. The response I received from them was that they don't sell the stickers separately because of shipping costs. If you're thinking that's strange since shipping costs w... read more
