I didn't think I'd really need a lawyer for anything in my life, but after working with the supportive and knowledgeable folks at Demarest & Demarest I'm glad I reached out! They were very thoughtful asking and anticipating questions I might have. It was very clear that there is a tremendous amount of experience and willingness to do the necessary research to provide the right options that lead to the best solution. I can't recommend this team highly enough.
Highly recommend this office for probate advice. They maintained a high level of professionalism while also providing a genuinely relaxing and comforting environment. Their clear explanations were very educational, and their compassionate approach was exactly what I needed during a difficult time.
They got my $200 initial fee. They told me to talk to a local lawyer first who didn't charge me a cent. They sent me an email saying what their fees were. I had to call 3 days in a row finally today someone answered the phone and told me they were sending a letter for me to fill out the form. I told them I wanted to move forward on my case all 3 times I called. Then they send me an email saying they can't help me after I talk to them today. Rip-offs do not call this place. Our lawyer, Lauren was thorough and educated and thoughtful. She made a tough subject a very easy process, answering all of our questions and explaining each step. Their office is quiet and calm with a definite sense of professionalism and friendliness.
