I called up to ask for pricing and costing of stair stringers and was directed to the website enquiry. After 6 days the return email was to go directly to another company because there is the possibility they may be cheaper on freight. To be honest, I feel they could have done that over the phone instantly, or emailed through a lot faster. Very puzzled over the experience.
Purchased Cypress posts and sleepers for a colourbond fence I was building myself. Everyone was super helpful and quick in helping me get everything together and loading up the ute. Shout-out to Chris who helped organise the 2.4m Cypress sleepers that needed to be cut to size.
I purchased some framing timber and merbau at the FTG yard late Feb. They had the exact lengths I needed, plastic wrapped my order and loaded it for me. Nothing was a problem and they were extremely helpful. I compared prices with another well known supplier and Demaks prices were very competitive! 10 out of 10 to Demaks and the guys in the yard that were always ready to help.
Absolutely amazing service, from ordering to delivery was seamless. Excellent communication and service, as well as having a large stock of quality timber. Will definitely be returning to Demak for supplies. Thank you!
