Unreliable to the point of hurting us. Booked an airport pickup 24 hours before arrival with an email that listed the ride as pending. Sent three emails requesting confirmation and got notice 7 hours before pickup that they couldn’t cover the call so now nobody can.

Had two SUVs to take our group of 12 to the Nebraska versus Cincinnati football game at Arrowhead. Could not be more impressed. A top-notch operation.
