In 2008 I subcontracted messenger service to Deluxe for one of the worlds largest publishing companies. They took control of a disastrous exit by a competitor and ran with it. Naysayers thought pricing and service level agreements were a bait and switch. 12 years later Deluxe is still pricing them wrong.
On January 22, 2018, I hired Deluxe Delivery to courier a package from Point A to Point B. Little did I know that Deluxe Delivery would be anything but “Deluxe”. Despite scheduling and confirming the courier service 24 hours in advance with their Customer Service Agent, the courier was over 30 minutes late to the pickup location.
