I'm an LPL advisor. Based on my understanding, Deluxe manages one of our marketing contact tools called ACT. For approximately four of the last five months or approximately 90% of the time I've attempted to use the tool, it hasn't been working properly. Put more precisely, the current issue, after an "upgrade" is they can't/haven't/overlooked two factor authentication between our tool and Salesforce. I can't sync or update contacts.
