We were looking for a new sofa online and stumbled across this place. We wanted a very specific U-Shaped Leather sofa, had to have recliners, cup holders etc, and Delux Deco were the only place that did one like this. We spec'd it how we wanted and placed the order. Colin was excellent in showing us a guided video tour of the sofa, he showed us all of its features, how they work, and all the available colours etc. We received a Leather sample set in the post and chose a colour from there. Thank you for the amazing sofa. From the start to the delivery, everyone and everything was fantastic. The delivery was even faster than expected. When we ordered, it said it would take up to 10 weeks, but they delivered it in just 4 weeks. Our cats love it too! Thank you.

We bought cinema seating from this company nearly three years ago. They look amazing and are super comfortable but recently my sons managed to break my chair. We called up expecting to have to pay a hefty repair bill or even replace one of the seats. The customer service were absolutely brilliant, reassuring us that it could be fixed and as we were just out of warranty they wouldn't charge. The technician sent was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

We were looking for a comfy sofa for our family home and came across the cloud sofa. We went to delux deco store to test it out and all the staff were kind and helpful and giving advise rather than pushing for a sale. We have now had our cloud sofa for just over a year and it is brilliant. It is so lovely to relax on and the boys have been jumping on it daily and it still looks like new! Highly recommend for family with children!

Review for Ran at Delux Decor I purchased a beautiful cloud sofa from Ran at Delux Decor, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The sofa looks stunning and is incredibly easy to keep clean — it’s practically stain-proof, which has been such a relief. Even after a year of owning it, Ran has continued to be helpful and responsive with any questions I’ve had. Excellent product and outstanding customer service — highly recommend!
