Great experience with Delux Blinds from quote to install. Super easy to deal with and really professional. We had a tricky indoor setup and a tight outdoor space, but they handled it no problem and came up with great solutions. Everything looks amazing. Really happy with the result. Highly recommend!
Deluxe Blinds have been generally good to work with. A positive negative comment…. They usually arrived too early - catching us out a couple times. The other issue I had was communication - their emails are not able to be replied to directly- you have to remember to send replies/queries to the right address in order to get thru to them, otherwise you think you have but you haven’t. Everyone was polite and professional. We are also happy with the workmanship.
Excellent service and product. The care they take to ensure the product is if the highest standard is exceptional. Each representative of Delux was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. I recommend this company and their product 100%. Thank you for service and professionalism.
