Great Company and employees! When you call Delta Wheelchair Services you are greeted in a calm and clear manner by a human being. There are no prompts to listen to. My experience with the drivers has also been very positive. I have had Wayman and Odis transfer my 90 year old Mom with care and kindness. I so thankful there is a service company like Delta Wheelchair Services in my community. Use them.
Hector provided transportation to a rehab hospital for my father. He was kind, caring, friendly, and professional. He made sure all paperwork was in order, was compassionate and went above and beyond.
I can't tell you how impressed and appreciative I am for the driver's with this company. We've used them a lot and they've treated my dad so well it's very heartwarming. I spoke with Joe today because I didn't realize my dad's card on file has expired and he was very gracious and understanding. This is how you run a business, and I'm so grateful for the teammates with this company they have made very difficult situations so much easier on us 🙏
Brian at Delta was awesome! He was super friendly, polite, and knew his stuff. He went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt comfortable and at ease during transport. Highly recommend — great service!
Company was right on time. The driver, Wes, could not have been more helpful or professional. My appointment required some time, and he waited patiently for me to bring me home. I had used another service a week ago, and they were no where near as accommodating as Delta. Will use them again if the need arises.
