Ridicules amount of calls for fraud protection. I have multiple cards for personal and business and I get multiple calls every week to go through transactions. Takes a lot of time and it never stops. They also stop allowing me to use cards every time I take a business trip unless I report where I am going and what days I will be gone.

Absolutely HATE this bank. The ridiculous fee policy should be adjusted or completely changed. I plan to close my account. You’ll go broke dealing with all their useless, get rich scheme fees. I never had this issue as much, but due to a life change a few months ago from an accident, I have had to make several transfers from a separate bank.
