Visited for the first time today and now I understand why there are so many bad reviews. Customer service was terrible, the younger guy at the desk must hate his job so he takes it out on students. The guy next to him was helpful. The black woman was extremely rude because I don’t have eye balls on the back of my head and am disabled, so I am not as quick as she would like me to be. I took my bio tests here take the bus and do 8:30 tests for no lines
No place to park nearby as they relocated to Cox Hall where there were no guided instructions as to how to get there with the current construction. In addition, the people working there were entitled and inconsiderate with no sense of their surroundings. I wish I could give this 0 stars.
