It's hard for me to give an airline a five-star review — but Delta earned this one. My wife and I were flying first class, and before we even pushed back from the gate, the crew took a moment to let her know there was some turbulence expected on the route. Disrespectful staff + charged TWICE for baggage… completely unacceptable I rarely leave reviews, but what happened today was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. On 1/18/26 at approximately 4:20 PM, I was assisted by Raul at the Delta counter, and I can honestly say this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with Delta — or any airline.
