WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I only wish I had scrolled down and read more of the reviews rather than just the first five.. I would’ve gotten a better HONEST picture of this business! Very poor customer service and information provided to their customers. My 10 year old daughter and my husband went into this business to purchase a new RC car with her Christmas money. She purchased a beginner car for $160. My husband asked about the charging mechanism and was informed that it would only take 1-4 hours to charge. We came home, and opened the instructions and it states each charge takes 9 hours, once discharged completely.
