Today 1/20/25 been trying to call the company for the last week to get a warranty service call at 145pm at 430pm still haven’t gotten anyone to take my call phone message keep saying place in is #2 no one pick up so who do I contact if I need arrived from a company problem tool is cruzer tile 10in smdh have to say worse company and I’ve used their tools in the pass.
On hold for over a hour Twice! No one picks up the line. Worse customer service ever!
