They overcharge based on fictitious volumes. Their fee to transfer a 1 ft3 ink jet printer is 3x higher than the printer's cost. And even when they never deliver the printer, they still charge your credit card for that! Don't buy their fictitious insurance, it's not going to pay for anything I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
