My 82 year old mother and I met with Murray Lott at the Delta Law Office after the death of my father and my mother's husband of 62 years to manage the Will and Probate process. In very short order Mr. Lott's impatience, rudeness and outright condescending manner dominated the brief meeting. Brutal showing of any human compassion. Talked down to my family while writing a will, was short tempered and completely unprofessional in his approach while my father was in hospice care. I wouldn't ask for us to be friends, however a little bit of compassion and professional demeanour would be appreciated. I doubt this is the first time this has been said.
