I worked for a loan establishment such as this one years ago and in my years of employment there was never a time where we forced someone to put their spouse on the loan with them when they weren't the one applying for the loan. I could understand if you need a co-signer for the loan that's understandable. These people forces you to put your spouse on the loan and run their credit as well.
