I used Delta Effects for S-corporation and payroll services. I used Delta Effects for payroll and S-corporation support. To be fair, they processed my payroll, paid certain federal payroll taxes, and ultimately refunded the Colorado tax funds they had collected. However, after moving to a new payroll provider, we discovered that required Q2 Colorado unemployment and wage-withholding returns had not been filed. I used Delta Effects for S-corporation and payroll services. They did process payroll, and some federal obligations were paid correctly. However, changing providers revealed significant problems. My new provider discovered that a Colorado unemployment return had not been filed and that the account needed to be reactivated. She also found payroll-tax funds that still required reconciliation or refund. Despite three written requests, Delta has not provided a complete explanation.
